Using the Network Hub
You may use the public Hub to find Emberstone servers, read published updates, check available status information and reach Emberstone community services. Do not attempt to interfere with, overload, probe or bypass security controls on the website or its admin area.
Game servers and community rules
Joining an Emberstone game server or community space may require you to follow separate server rules, moderation standards or platform terms. A server shown as Development, Beta, Maintenance or Planned should not be treated as a promise that every listed feature is already available.
Moderation decisions, appeals and support requests should use the routes published for the relevant Emberstone service.
Accounts and staff access
You may create an Emberstone Network account using accurate account information and a password you keep secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
New registrations start as Member. Staff permissions are assigned by authorised Emberstone management and may be changed or removed when responsibilities change. Staff use the same Emberstone account system as members; privileged access is granted by role. Staff credentials and privileged access must not be shared, sold or used to bypass the role controls provided by the Hub.
Accounts may be suspended or disabled where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, moderation or network operations. Account and access issues can be raised through the Emberstone Support Centre.
Website content and intellectual property
Emberstone branding, original website copy and original project materials are intended for Emberstone Network use unless stated otherwise. Third-party names, games, marks and assets remain the property of their respective owners.
Do not assume that a screenshot, logo or asset displayed by a linked third-party service is licensed for reuse outside that context.
Status and availability
Live server information is provided on a best-effort basis from authenticated game-server heartbeats. A stale or missing heartbeat can mean the game server is offline, the game host cannot reach the website, the heartbeat agent is stopped, or another technical issue occurred. The Hub therefore reports unavailable status when it cannot verify a fresh result.
Services can be changed, restarted, placed into maintenance or withdrawn as development needs change.
Third-party platforms
Rust, FiveM, Minecraft, Discord and any payment/store provider linked from the Hub operate under their own terms. Emberstone Network is not presented as the publisher or owner of those third-party games or platforms.
Changes to these terms
These terms can be updated when the Hub gains new features or when Emberstone services change. The updated date at the top of this page should be changed when a material revision is published.
Questions can be sent through the Emberstone Support Centre.
